Safe operating rules for air compressors and storage tanks

Check and operate before starting

1.1 Check whether the lubricating oil of the compressor is filled to the position of the oil dipstick of the plug of the fuel hole of the crankcase, and move the compressor belt several turns by hand.

1.2 Manually discharge condensate water from air compressors, oil-gas-water separators and gas storage tanks. And tighten all plugs.

1.3 Check whether the pipeline valve on the air compression system is open. And remove all debris from the machine.

2. Start up and run

2.1 When two compressor hosts need to run at the same time, power on respectively, and the starting time of each should be different by 30 seconds to avoid unnecessary power grid fluctuations.

2.2 When two compressor hosts are not started at the same time, the second host should be started when the first host is in the unloading state.

2.3 Check the inter-stage pressure and mid-body pressure of the compressor. The inter-stage pressure should be 0.175-0.25mpa, and the mid-body pressure should be 0.07-0.21mpa. If the pressure is not within the range, replace the compressor parts.

2.4 When the air pressure of the non-heat regenerative dryer reaches 0.4-0.6mpa, connect the non-heat regenerative drying power supply for drying treatment.

3, shutdown: cut off the air compressor power supply, and then cut off no heat regeneration drying power supply.

4, maintenance

4.1 Compressor lubricating oil should be checked and replaced according to the change of oil quality.

4.2 After every 200 hours of operation of the air compressor, the upper cover of the noise filter should be opened to remove the filter element, remove dirt, carry out maintenance, and replace the filter element every 1000 hours.

4.3 The oil-gas water separator discharges the upper and lower tank separation water at least twice per shift.

4.4 When the oil, gas, water separator and the differential pressure meter of precision filtration indicate the position, enter the light red area, the filter element should be cleaned or replaced in time.

5. Precautions

5.1 In the operation of the equipment, if there is abnormal sound, the power supply should be cut off immediately, check, troubleshoot, and then restart.

5.2 The compressor system shall not be disassembled or repaired when working or under pressure.
