1. The use of internal combustion engine and motor of air compressor should be operated in accordance with the safety disclosure requirements of internal combustion engine and motor respectively.

2. The operation area of the air compressor should be kept clean and dry. As a pressure vessel, the gas tank should be placed in a well-ventilated place, to reduce the temperature as much as possible to improve the quality of compressed air storage, to stay away from the heat source, welding or hot processing operations should not be carried out within 15m from the gas tank.

3. When the inlet and exhaust pipe of the air compressor is long, it should be fixed, and the pipeline should not have sharp bends to reduce the gas transmission resistance; In order to prevent the metal pipeline from deformation due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, a dummy expansion deformation device is installed for a longer pipeline.

4. The gas tank and gas transmission pipe should be tested once every three years, and the test pressure should be 150% of the rated pressure. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be checked at least once a year.

5. In order to ensure the normal use of the air compressor, the air compressor must be checked in accordance with the following requirements before operation:

(1) Sufficient fuel and lubricating oil materials are added;

(2) The connecting parts are fastened, and the moving mechanisms and valves are flexible in opening and closing;

(3) The protective devices are complete and good, and there is no water storage in the gas tank;

(4) The motor and starter housing of the electric air compressor are well grounded, and the grounding resistance is not more than 4ω.

6. The air compressor should be started in the no-load state, run empty at low speed after starting, check that the indicator value of each instrument meets the requirements, and gradually enter the load operation after normal operation.

7. If the compressed air delivered by the gas pipeline blows directly into the human body, it will cause personal injury. The gas hose should be kept unimpeded and not twisted. Before opening the gas valve, the gas pipeline should be connected well and the relevant personnel on the scene can be sent. No one should work or stand in front of the air outlet to prevent compressed air from leaking out and injuring people.

8. The safety valve on the gas tank is a safety protection device that limits the pressure in the gas tank to not exceed the specified value, and the pressure in the gas tank during the operation shall not exceed the rated pressure of the nameplate, and the safety valve should be sensitive and effective. Inlet and exhaust valves, bearings and other components should not sound or overheat.

9. Every 2 hours, the oil and water in the liquid-gas separator, intercooler and aftercooler should be discharged once. The oil and water in the gas tank should be discharged l ~ 2 times per shift.

10. When one of the following situations is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, find out the cause and eliminate the fault before continuing the operation:

(1) Water leakage, air leakage, electricity leakage or sudden interruption of cooling water;

(2) Pressure gauge, temperature meter, ammeter indication value exceeds the specified;

(3) The exhaust pressure mountain suddenly rises, and the exhaust valve and safety valve fail:

(4) The machine has abnormal sound or the motor brush has strong sparks.

11. During operation, when the cylinder is overheated and stopped due to lack of water, if cold water is injected immediately, the high-temperature cylinder block is trapped in sudden cooling contraction, which is easy to crack and cause damage. Therefore, the cylinder should be cooled to below 60 ° C naturally. Can be added on.

12. When the electric air compressor is running suddenly, the power should be cut off immediately, and the power should be started again under no load after the call.

13. When stopping, the load should be removed first, and then the main clutch should be separated, and then the operation of the internal combustion engine or the motor should be stopped.

14. After shutdown, the water valve should be closed, the air valve should be opened, and the oil, water and gas in the coolers and gas storage tanks at all levels can be released before leaving the post.

15. In wet areas and tunnel construction, the exposed friction surface of the air compressor should be regularly filled with lubricating sleeves. The motor and electrical equipment should be well protected against moisture.
