Regulations for the use of positive pressure oxygen respirators

Before operating the positive pressure oxygen respirator, the staff must receive professional training and read the instructions in detail to master the correct use of the oxygen respirator. 1, when wearing a respirator, at least two people should be in a group, when CO2 is absorbed, heat will be generated, especially when breathing in a harsh environment, especially when working, which is completely normal, and fully indicates that the instrument is in good working condition

2, in emergency situations: if the gas is excessive consumption, breathing difficulties or oxygen function failure, according to the manual air valve, the amount of oxygen can be added to the respiratory system, in the case of oxygen function failure, immediately evacuate the danger area.

3, every 15 minutes to observe the pressure gauge, check the amount of oxygen.

4, low voltage alarm: When the pressure in the cylinder is 4-6MPA, the alarm starts to alarm, the alarm sound is not necessary to evacuate the signal, but at this time about 75% of the oxygen has been used up, if you do not evacuate now, you must often observe the pre-pressure gauge, when the pressure is still 1MPA, that is, about 95% of the oxygen has been used up, then you must evacuate. Otherwise, it will threaten the life safety of the operator.

Methods of removing respirator:

1. Take off the mask:

(1) Press the button on the mask.

(2) At the same time, pull out the mask connector from the breathing connector.

2. Close the oxygen cylinder valve

3. Remove the mask

4. Remove the respirator

Open the belt: press down the elastic limit block, take out the buckle, so that both ends of the belt off; Flip the breathing tube over your head so that it falls behind you to close the lid of the respirator. Open the two shoulder straps, move the lock clamp up with your index finger, and let the instrument slide slowly along your back, and place the respirator upright so that it does not fall.

Method of removing respirator

1. Remove the top cover

2. Remove the cylinder assembly

3. Remove the breathing tube from the cooling tank and absorbent tank

3.1 Rotate the clamping joint to the left, release the joint after it is in place, and break off the bellows

3.2 Remove the corrugated pipe from the two safety buckles.

3.3 Remove moisture that condenses in the breathing hose during use

Note: When rotating the clamping joint and breaking off the bellows, if it is found to be tight, it is necessary to evenly apply silicone grease to the inside and outside of the bellows end.

4. Remove the breathing tube from the breathing joint, hold the tight joint on both sides with two hands at the same time, rotate at the same time, until both sides are always removed, and then remove the bellows (if you cannot remove them at the same time, please separate two times).

5. Remove the breathing joint, remove the exhalation valve and suction valve from the breathing joint (if the breathing valve is left in the bellows when the bellows are removed, remove it from the bellows), and slowly pull the diaphragm from the two seats

6. Remove the cooling tank

1. Airbag disengagement

2. Open elastic frame

3. Press down the fixing ring and pull out the blue medium pressure pipe joint at the same time (the fixing ring must be pressed to the end, otherwise it cannot be removed from the medium pressure pipe joint).

Note: When the medium pressure pipe joint cannot be removed, it can be quickly removed with (1) screw.

Remove the cooling tank, remove the water cover, and pour out the ice water and condensate.

7. Remove the absorbent tank

Note: There may be liquid discharge when removing the absorbent tank. ,

8. Remove the positive pressure spring

Compress the two positive pressure springs and take them out from the side.

9. Remove the exhaust valve

1. Hold the exhaust valve and hose joint and turn 45 degrees to the right

2. Simultaneously press the lock clamp until it disengages and removes the exhaust valve

10. Fold the exhaust valve
