Use of air compressors

1, must be familiar with the structure of the air compressor, performance, operation principle and various fault characteristics of the cause and prevention methods.

Before starting, check whether there are foreign bodies or abnormalities in all parts of the equipment; Check all valves, instruments are in normal condition, pipelines are smooth; Crankcase oil level is not lower than the oil standard (higher than the third scale line); The safety guard is strong and sound.

2, when starting, pay attention to the direction of equipment operation.

During the operation of the equipment, it is necessary to tour and check frequently to observe whether the automatic adjustment system and safety valve are sensitive and reliable. Whether the operating state of air pressure, temperature, oil level pipeline is normal.

Once the abnormal sound of the equipment, lack of oil, automatic adjustment and safety device failure, temperature rise of each part, current limit and other abnormalities are found, the car should be turned off immediately, and the fault can be started again.

Do not wipe and touch parts in normal operation, and adjust parts with pressure.

Air compressor operating rules

First, the use of air compressor should be set up full-time operators.

Second, the operator should have a certain amount of professional knowledge, familiar with the use of the air compressor structure, performance and other ancillary equipment knowledge.

Third, establish air compressor operation records.

Four, before the start of the preparatory work: (1) check whether the fastening screws are loose in each part: (2) check whether the lubricating oil level is within the specified range: (3) Open the cooling water; ④ Start the air compressor in strict accordance with the relevant provisions in the instruction manual.

First check whether the lubricating oil pressure is normal after the air compressor starts, such as when the parking pressure is too low (normal 1-3 kg), the air compressor should be stopped in time.

Six, the air compressor load operation should pay attention to the following: (1) whether the pressure of each part is normal: (2) Check whether the temperature of each part is normal after half an hour of operation; ③ Pay attention to the air compressor in the operation of the normal sound :④ pay attention to whether there is oil and gas leakage.

7. In case of failure or emergency shutdown, the cooling water should be turned off after 5 minutes.

When the cooling water is found to be interrupted, the cooling water should be stopped immediately, and the cooling water should not be allowed to return to the hot cylinder, and the cooling water should be returned within 30 minutes after the shutdown.

9. Stop operation according to the relevant provisions in the instruction manual.

10, the air compressor should have sufficient parts reserve, especially the valve plate, valve spring, piston ring and other parts that need to be replaced at any time.

11, the air compressor and the surrounding one meter, do not pile up any debris.

12. Maintenance shall be carried out in strict accordance with the time and project specified in the instruction manual.

Controls

1 The fixed air compressor must be securely installed. The mobile air compressor unit should be placed on a flat and solid ground. Close the file securely.

2 The protective zero connection of the shell of the electric air compressor and the starter must be intact.

3 When the machine is running, the operator should pay attention to the pressure gauge. The pressure should not exceed the specified value. If abnormal conditions are found, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

The storage tank safety valve should be manually tested every half month, and the safety valve must be sensitive and effective.

5 When using compressed air to blow parts. Do not open the air to anyone.

6 Electric air compressor must be a lock system according to one machine, one gate, one box, one leak,

7 Power supply must be cut off immediately after operation.
