(1) heat-proof clothing

Heat-proof clothing should have heat insulation, flame retardant, strong performance, but should be breathable, comfortable to wear, easy to wear and take off; It can be divided into two types: unregulated and air-regulated.

1. Non-regulated heat protection suit:

(1) flame-retardant heat-proof clothing: Made of cotton cloth treated with flame retardants, it not only maintains the comfort, durability and washable resistance of natural cotton cloth, but also does not gather static electricity, after direct contact with flames or hot objects, it can delay the spread, make the clothing carbonized to form an isolation layer, not only has the effect of heat insulation, but also does not cause secondary disasters due to the burning or dark burning of clothing. Suitable for use with open flames, emitting sparks or operating near molten metal and working in places with flammable substances and risk of ignition.

(2) Aluminum foil heat suit: can reflect most of the thermal radiation and play a heat insulation role, the disadvantage is poor permeability. A curtain vest made of small bamboo sections or reeds can be worn under the heat protection suit to facilitate ventilation and enhance sweat evaporation.

(3) White sail cloth heat suit: economic and durable, but the effect of heat radiation protection is far less than the first two.

2. Air conditioning heat protection clothing: can be divided into ventilation clothing and refrigeration clothing two.

(1) Ventilation suit: The cooling air is pressed into the heat protection suit with an air compressor, and the heat is absorbed and discharged from the exhaust valve. Ventilation suits require very long ducts and are only suitable for fixed work. There is also a ventilation suit with a micro-fan, which supplies air directly to the layers between the garments, increasing their permeability and providing insulation.

(2) Refrigeration clothing: it can be divided into liquid refrigeration clothing, dry ice cooling clothing and frozen clothing, the basic principle is the same, the difference is that the heat protection clothing is equipped with low-temperature non-toxic salt solution, dry ice, ice bags or containers, the most practical is the frozen clothing with ice bags.

(2) Clothing that is resistant to chemical pollutants

There are generally two categories: one is made of polymer chemical fibers and natural fabrics coated with impermeable or small permeability to the chemicals to be prevented, and is treated with a certain additive dipping or waterproof coating to improve its permeability resistance, such as protective clothing for pesticide spraying personnel; The other is made of fabrics such as polypropylene, polyester or chlorylon to protect against acid and alkali. For these protective clothing, the state has certain standards for air permeability, moisture permeability, oil and water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and the penetration of specific poisons.

(3) There are two types of microwave shielding clothing:

1. Wire cloth microwave shielding suit: It is made of tussah copper wire twisting and has reflection shielding effect.

2, gold-plated cloth microwave shielding clothing: chemical plated copper (nickel) conductive cloth as the shielding layer, the outer layer of the clothing has a certain dielectric insulation properties of polyester cotton, the inner layer is silk silk lining. This kind of shielding suit has the characteristics of coating not easy to fall off, relatively soft and comfortable, light weight, etc. It is a relatively new and good effect of microwave shielding suit.

(4) Dustproof clothing

Generally made of dense cotton, linen or canvas.
